Cellar Beast Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for a magical evening filled with local wine and farm to table delights!

Each course will be paired with a designated wine from Cellar Beast Winehouse.

Doors open at 6:30 and dinner will begin at 7pm.

Proscuitto and melon rose on a cracker with red wine pearls

COURSE 2

Blinis with smoked salmon and chive cream

COURSE 3

Filet mignon with beurre rouge sauce, smashed Yukon potatoes, and seasonal vegetable

COURSE 4

Vanilla bean cheesecake, raspberry coulis, and mini rose macarons
