Join us for a magical evening filled with local wine and farm to table delights!

Each course will be paired with a designated wine from Galen Glen Winery.

Doors open at 6:30 and dinner will begin at 7pm.

Wild-Caught Scallop

Pan seared scallop, pea and herb puree, sliced cucumber and radish

Buttery puff pastry stuffed with roasted cremini mushrooms and cream sauce

Braised short rib, asparagus risotto, roasted vegetable medley, parmesan crisp

With lavendar white chocolate whipped ganache and poached pear roses
